BISTEINOFF THEME LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This software is licensed, not sold.

By installing or using the Bisteinoff WordPress theme (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “license”).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one (1) live website that you own or manage, in accordance with your purchase agreement or contract. A separate license is required for each additional live website. This limit does not apply to local, staging, or development environments used solely to build or test the same licensed website.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You MAY NOT:

  • Distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or share the Software or its source code, in whole or in part.
  • Redistribute the Software or any modified version of it, including as a separate theme, template, or product.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or links included with the Software.
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Customizing the Software for your own website(s) — including through a child theme, hooks, or filters — is expected and permitted use, and does not constitute a violation of this section.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including source code, documentation, and design elements, remain with Bisteinoff Web & AI and Denis BISTEINOV. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Bisteinoff Web & AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Bisteinoff Web & AI or Denis BISTEINOV be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Support and updates may be provided according to your purchase plan or agreement. Continued access to updates may require a valid license key.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
